Obviously we all have our own experiences an perceptions of those experiences, but I want to provide a positive experience. I recently visited this establishment and through a glitch in the system ended up with a couple of charges that should not have happened. I reached out with an email and this matter was professionally and promptly resolved. Because of this and my experiences in the past that the carwash has been satisfactory, I will continue to use this location.
