I had a terrible experience here and would strongly warn others to be careful. After using this car wash, the paint on my car started peeling off in multiple areas. Toyota has since confirmed the damage is significant enough that parts need to be fully replaced, costing thousands of dollars. When I brought this to the company’s attention, they completely denied responsibility and claimed the damage was “pre-existing,” which is simply not true.
