Specifically ordered online before leaving work so the order would be ready when I got there, I was given a time it would be ready to pick up, got there for the time only to be told it would be another 15 minutes, then I was still waiting a further 10 minutes after the initial 15 minutes. So much for saving time, probably would have been quicker to drive to the Albion Park store, I’ve never had a problem out there. Doubt I will be back at the Wollongong store.
