This place doesn’t even deserve a 1 star I ordered 2x Quarter Chicken Meal 1x Chicken Roll and Crispy Box ordered them with Ice Tea paying the extra money when I got there to pick up my order a young guy said sorry we got no drinks left and only got Pepsi and we also ran out of pickles with everything you ordered I put a bottle of water there as a compensation. Why on a Saturday night you have no chicken ready ???
Honestly I love El Jannah but this restaurant is the worst one I have been to. I have had multiple bad experiences here in terms of food quality and delays as well as low stock On Wednesday night I went in at 7pm and was told there was a 20-30min wait on chicken. I get it’s the dinner rush but surely an establishment plans for the busy periods.
