Busy
Disgusting experience and very poor customer service. We ordered chicken for the kids and found actual red blood spots inside the chicken. When we cut into it, 2 out of the 3 pieces were pink in the middle, with visible red blood spots. We raised this with the staff, but they did absolutely nothing and simply insisted that the chicken was cooked. No apology, no solution, and no concern for the fact that this food was being served to children.
Too crowded and proper seating
A great stop for chicken in the CBD. El Jannah's Swanston Street location is really handy when you are around the city, and the menu offers plenty of choice for a meal with friends or a quick food stop. A fantastic addition to Melbourne's food scene.
