Went over to el jannah on Monday and to be honest, the chicken was fairly dry but had a nice flavour the staff was lovely and the young man serving us was very polite and well spoken (also handsome) overall the staff was well managed but the quality needs improvement.
The man at Kogarah who took over from a young guy who had initially served me and was more than capable able of taking my order, had but in and refused to honour my code after he denied it was for online orders only when i had shown on my phone it was for online and instore orders also. He refused to honour and was very rude and disrespectful. I had used this code before at the same store with a young girl who entered the code which worked and transaction went through perfectly. This food was absolutely amazing and recommend eating here as the employees and staff are very friendly best lebanese food i've ever had.
