Okay so a few points to raise 1. The app allows us to choose a pickup time. This can be anywhere from 10 minutes onwards. Order took an additional 25 minutes on-top of this. There’s clearly a disconnect between how busy the restaurant is and the ordering system which needs addressing. Don’t let people order with a pickup time that won’t ever be met 2. Drove a fair bit to get here.. at 7pm Thursday to order @ few tawouk rolls. They took my order then informed me there is no Tawouk chicken.. a chicken sandwich store out of chicken Tawouk.. ironic? I will never come to Kensington branch again. Service was terrible and the rolls where terrible
Today 16/06/2026. At 12pm I ordered Charcoal Box from this restaurant. After the payment They didn’t give me any number slip. I was waiting for my order a long time but I didn’t know that they already make my order and leave it openly that the food is getting cold. After a long wait I reached the counter and ask them about my order they said “we already make your order look at there”. Then I realise that my all the food gets cold.
