I am extremely disappointed with the takeaway meal I received. The food was burnt to the point of being inedible and should never have been served to a customer. I expect much higher standards of food quality and safety…
I've had a great first impression of el Jannah but this meal was disappointing. The fried chicken box came cold and chips underseasoned. The dining tables and general area was not clean. On the plus side the food came out quickly
We were extremely happy with our takeaway catering order for 20 people . The food was fresh, delicious, and excellent quality! Joe, the manager went above and beyond to make sure everything was organised perfectly. Highly recommended!
Best restaurant ever
The service staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, always making sure the food is served fresh. I have been to multiple locations and by far have had the most pleasant experience at Crows Nest. Jesse has amazing service and his tabbouleh was delicious. Always greeted with an amazing atmosphere and experience at Crows Nest El Jannah!
