This is by far the worst branch I've visited. I've been waiting for over 20 minutes, and no one could even tell me how much longer it would take. Delays can happen, but the lack of communication and customer service is completely unacceptable. Customers deserve clear updates instead of being left waiting with no information. Very disappointing experience. I won't be coming back.
I ordered $90 from your app for the third time tonight, and although it was delivered on time the previous times, this time the delivery guy called and said he had taken my order to a different address, and when I asked him to bring it to the correct address, he refused and hung up on me in an insulting manner. If you can't provide proper service with the app, why are you encouraging people to use the app?
I think need change the manegment in Chester hill ... also I asked spicy and they want charge me extra ... all spice any restaurant no charge....
