Very disappointing service at El Jannah Chester Hill. I placed an online pickup order and the app clearly showed that my order was ready for pickup at 7:10 pm today, 14 August. I arrived at the store at 7:12 pm, only to be told by staff that it would take another 7–8 minutes. If the app says the order is ready, customers should be able to collect it. Very disappointing experience at El Jannah. I came to El Jannah to have some food, and at the same time an Uber driver arrived to pick up an order. I was very disappointed to see the way the staff treated the Uber driver. They were extremely rude and disrespectful and did not even properly acknowledge or communicate with him. Regardless of whether someone is a customer, delivery driver, or Uber driver, everyone deserves basic respect and good manners.
