Think this is my first time trying this food truck. There's one with a similar name not from longmont I had a great experience. So they hired this truck for school event at a brewery, I'm not sure if they're frequently here or not. However the cashier guy taking orders wasn't friendly at all, gave a it of an attitude and it was his mistake. I wanted 4 tacos, not 4 orders. Stopped by today for first time as I was in the center where they park. I will be back weekly if they're still there. Best Carnitas I've had in Colorado, Barbacoa also among the finest Ive had. Good portions, grilled onions always a nice bonus. Do yourself a favor and pull in (turn around if you have to). A+++ Amazing tacos!
The best carnitas ever. Great family business. Highly recommend.
Delicious tacos: nice thick corn tortillas, meat is tasty and not greasy, and the salsa goes perfectly with them. I'm not typically huge on barbacoa but I really like theirs!
