This is a great facility for seniors to workout. Great classes, plenty of equipment and a caring, loving staff.
Exercise! It’s bright new and exciting!
Very friendly and makes you feel comfortable. And know what they are doing.. highly recommended Don’t like the MRI very uncomfortable laying there on you belly needs music or something to make time go faster. But if you have to get MRI then you just do it because it can save your life..
