Only seem to pick up trash when they feel like doing so, not even worth one star
This company took over my service with Pratt. I would give them more stars but there customer service and notification is horrible. They won't answer all the questions I had and never notified regarding the price increase for the service for 2025.
I engaged E.L. Harvey for trash and recycling pick up services six months ago. The first conversation was walked through setting up services and the company has delivered every week without fail. There have been no issue with either of the bins. While there have been two delayed pick-ups, the company informed me via text the first time and responded quicky to my email inquiry the second time. Expensive, regular trash pick up 96 gallon trash and recycling. $216. And going up
Service fees increased by more than 60% since Mr Trashman merged with EL Harvey 3 years ago. I am considering to end the service for good.
