Need to update their online hours if they’re closed don’t let people drive for nothing
We haven’t had our trash and recycling picked up in 2 weeks. Almost every time they say they’ll come the next day or next 1-2 business days but they don’t. I’ve literally had my bins out for a whole week waiting for them. Just got off the phone with customer service and they said the bins weren’t out, but we put them out the night before. They sent a picture of my yard without the barrels but I know for a fact the bins were out the last two weeks. They said the pictures are time stamped but I don’t see a time stamp. I was SHOCKED to see the low star rating... I LOVE THIS COMPANY... The service from customer service to MY DRIVERS,WHO I LOVE.... My experience has been 5 STARS when my dad was really sick, and dying at home. My drivers went ABOVE AND BEYOND what was ever expected. They added a layer of comfort to a tough time!! I love you Harveys!!
We recently ordered a dumpster from EL Harvey. Kevin Coffey was great - worked to get us the quickest delivery and helped to extend the dumpster for extra time. It was delivered and picked up as scheduled.
Multiple missed pick ups - no response to calls, emails and online portal requests.
