I had a disappointing experience at the transfer station today. I unknowingly had an expired sticker, and when it was pointed out, I was completely understanding and prepared to leave and return another day without any issue. However, the attendant I interacted with was immediately very aggressive in both tone and language. Please be aware that the trash and recycling collection centre closes at 4pm on weekdays and Not 5pm as stated in Google Maps. The opening hours need to be updated to not mislead the public!
John Grimes is a fantastic person and dedicated driver and employee. John has always been caring about his route and residents that he serves. As for the date the behavior was noticed, if I could've, I would have included ALWAYS and not a specific date since knowing of him. John always maintained professionalism and constantly demonstrates as a respectful kind man and human being towards everyone along his way
