Super bad customer service!
They couldn’t even pick up spare car parts, the lady kept saying it may have fluids in there that leak , but it wasn’t a radiator or a engine, it was a couple of old hubs and bearings, cv axles , shocks and struts, Unbelievable . Don’t know why they offer curbside service in Bellingham when they can’t even pick these items up. What are they really there for then?
Absolutely amazing customer service today. Amanda answered every question with patience and good humor, and helped demystify the process of setting up an account on the new online portal. Great assistance from one stellar employee can make a person’s day, and for sure Amanda made mine!!!
What are the operating hours ? I came to the center at 450p on Monday and it was closed. You are supposed to be open until 5pm right ?
They’re more interested in making braindead rules about why they won’t pick up my trash instead of doing what I pay them for. Save yourself the frustration and pick any other waste removal company.
