My wife accidentally put the wrong gas in her truck, so I went to help her and did some Googling about what to do. Everything I found said not to start the vehicle if it hadn't been started and to have the fuel tank drained. I called El Guero because they were right across the street. Put in the wrong plugs into our daughters Rav 4 which caused further damage and repair from a different shop. Never again!
Scammers not professional at all told me they were getting me a new engine for my car never did instead sat in there garage for spark plugs and literally made it dirty on the inside to where u can see oil and grease stains everywhere on my car
My car died about 500ft in front of the shop. Guy towed it and seemed super nice at first. He runs a "diagnostic" smoke tests my car and tells me I blew a head gasket. I'm a woman and I don't look like I know much about cars but I know for a fact I didn't blow a head gasket. I called a different mechanic and got my car towed out of there.
