I strongly suggest you look elsewhere. This place has raised the rent and lot rent on me every single year. I understand rent goes up but I have never lived anywhere where it has gone up every single year until now. Update, they comment trying to make excuses for it. There is no excuse to raise the rent and lot rent EVERY SINGLE YEAR for 7 years straight. I have been here 5 and my neighbor has been here 7 and the lot rent and rent has been raised every year. Someone I know lives there and the park if very clean and seems quiet too.
It's the location,the people are good and it's very small town love it.
