I strongly suggest you look elsewhere. This place has raised the rent and lot rent on me every single year. I understand rent goes up but I have never lived anywhere where it has gone up every single year until now. Update, they comment trying to make excuses for it. There is no excuse to raise the rent and lot rent EVERY SINGLE YEAR for 7 years straight. I have been here 5 and my neighbor has been here 7 and the lot rent and rent has been raised every year. Absolutely trash don't waste your time or money with these people. So I waited days to hear back on an application only to be contacted by the home owner who informed me that a lady named Trixie informed her that I was denied. But my problem does not come from denial as I was accepted same day into a much cleaner community. However how is it professional to make contact with the home owner not the applicant about the applicants status. This has to be a violation of some sort.
