I called them early in the morning and they said David could be there between 11am and 1pm the same day! He called me a few minutes before 11 to let me know he would be there by 11. He was extremely courteous and polite; took one look at the Problem and said he could fix it within 45 minutes on the spot. The price seemed very fair to us, so we agreed. Wanted to highly recommend E&L Garage Door. This is a fantastic company that will be around for a long time. Their customer service is outstanding. They came out and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. They fixed my garage door instead of telling me that I need to replace it. I own my own business and I will be referring E&L Garage Door to my own customers.

I needed to replace my garage door opener. I have contacted two other companies as well MGDR were in the middle on the quotes. So based on Google reviews I contacted E&L Garage Door and spoke to Jacob. He first told me was not sure if he could make it today but later on, he called me and accommodated me within the hour. He showed up installed the garage door opener and gave me some advice on my garage springs being weak and he also replaced those as well (they were over 15yrs old). E&L Garage Door were great. They responded within less than 10 minutes of me requesting a quote. Jacob was great and fixed our garage door springs in about 20 minutes. He also was very honest about the cost and was very professional.

There's a reason for the high rating. Jacob came as scheduled. I was selling my home and the home inspection identified that the garage door didn't open as required when met with pressure. I had tested it myself with my hand and thought that the inspector had made a mistake, and initially Jacob thought so when he did the same hand test, but apparently it needs to be tested with something the width of a 2x4 on the ground.
