What an amazing experience we had at El Galleon! The manager Luis was exceptional!! The food was delicious and the staff were on it! Thank you Luis! You made our July 4th week the best ever and we loved watching the parade from the front patio. We will be coming to see you again!
Honestly, I have no idea how this place has a 3.9 star review it should be higher! I got the fish and chips. The fish was fresh and crispy and the same for the fries — the tartar sauce was excellent. The next day, I ate here and got the smash burger. Solid burger and hot crispy fries. Highly recommend the fish and chips and the smash burger. 🔥
Why have an *open* karaoke night if you’re only going to play the songs of the people that tip? Just say you charge a fee and leave it at that. I’m already tipping the bartenders
We asked for 2 pacifico beers and a glass of water. They came back with two beers in glasses and a bottle of water, refusing to serve a glass and saying a bottle is the same (only change is the price not mentionned). When paying they try to charge an additional 2$ per beer saying that they do not have pacifico and served a modelo. It was never mentionned. Never saw such a bad faith and bad service... shame
My son and I arrived with our e-bikes from Two Harbors that needed charging for us to ride back (23 miles one way). McKenzie greeted was with a great smile and attitude and she allowed us to charge the batteries of our e-bikes after I explained the situation. Daniella was our server and she was exceptional! She had a great smile, great attitude and constantly checked on us. Rodrigo was also very attentive and filled in often when Daniella was busy with other guests.
