This is our first time to come here since the change in ownership. We enjoyed the company, the service was sincere, in the pizza we chose was tasty. You can have a pretty good audible conversation here, unlike a lot of restaurants in Vermillion.
Friday, July 10, 2026 I have always loved this restaurant since it came to Vermillion. Their options from calzones to pizza to spaghetti are easily high quality; beverage options also make for a good experience. Staff is always professional, always on alert. My wife and I traveled from Las Vegas to Sioux City to see family/friends and took a drive up to Vermillion to try El Fredos. Having eaten at Sioux City location often, we wanted to give the 'new' location a go. Wow, were we impressed! We had 'The Works'(all meat) and it was phenomenal!
