I went in to purchase one floral bouquet, I requested ribbon color changed. My request was declined. The establishment was empty. Yes, he was working on a project. He stopped to charge me for the bouquet. He could have upsold me the service, the ribbon- not a problem, I would have gladly paid. Last picture is my DIY green ribbon bow. Why go to floral shop if they can’t customize and charge me?
