Recommendedwhile some of the employees are rude and you can never call and talk to anyone. The majority of the bus stations are clean. Majority of the staff are helpful. The bus driver have always been polite. The buses are clean even the bathrooms. The best way to travel!

People have to understand that you can't expect first class service for what these guys charge. I rode them today from McAllen to Austin and it was bare bones efficient, ruthlessly efficient. The bus from McAllen to San Antonio was super tight, didn't have Wi-Fi and no charge ports. Announcements are fast and to the point. The second bus from San Antonio to Austin was better, a little roomier and had charging ports. My trip was quick and efficient, for the $45 I paid it was ok.
