manager is never in the office. when you need maintenance done, it takes about a month for them to show just to "check it out" then another month for it to get it fixed. we have no water meters but they charge for water and trash through an out of state company (loophole) but we do not have water meters...
The rent is to high for a crappy apartments cockroach infested. Crime ridden area and the assistant manager is so rude. Was paying 1400.00 amonth. Dont move in

This ratings are for for years 2008 -2013. We miss the hospitality, the coffe, cookies, bottles of water and some times the Hernandes, family they made specials buffets for us at the BBQ along with their children serving food but the fun part was raffles they always had a smile in this events. Now we are not appreciated as we used to feel special by the management. We miss the warm welcome we used have but today its sad there is no affection to our business as residents. We only get mad faces and our cars are been vandalized... read more
