I brought in my my family vehicle for estimate on trade value to possibly buy a new family car and the service me and my wife got was all around horrible I will never recommend or come back to this place .

Horrible two weeks after getting the car my door handle fell off. It needed spark plugs & another part. Only two months after buying. Then come March when tags were up I found out none of the paperwork has been completed according to DMV , it's been hell was a complete nightmare dealing with all this worst experience ever.

This should be the most popular dealership in Placerville. They have a great location. They carry great cars and could buy more specific ones. They could cater to the town and events. They could outshine Thompson. They have CUDL. Which makes things faster and easier. They have a great customer service which helps the experience. They have clean cars, which is appealing. Definitely, worth checking out!
