I don’t know the name of the female that greeted me today, but I do know she could benefit from a course in customer service. I took time off from work to go and have my taxes prepared via the appt. I had scheduled over 3 weeks ago. This individual proceeded to inform me that the only way my taxes could be prepared was to drop all of the information off.
