I could not get their ATM to accept my card on a Saturday morning, while this branch was closed. I used the ATM at the service station next door to get the cash I needed. My account was charged a total $5.50 for the transaction which I thought was excessive. 3 days later an employee would not confirm that the ATM was down on Saturday morning and suggested that I check my card again at the same ATM.
