Terribly rude security. Do not go to this bank.
Complaining about people pulling into your strip mall parking lot is wild. The disrespectful looks and tone that I was given this morning was like I've been warned 100 times. Completely unnecessary and disrespectful. Don't even take into consideration I'm a member of your bank. I left with such a gross feeling after that interaction. Great way to do business
After a bad experience at my long-time bank (Bank of America in Granite Bay), I moved all my banking to El Dorado Savings. The people here have always been very friendly, helpful, and welcoming.

I don't use El Dorado Savings Bank for my personal finances, but for my 4-H club, so I figured I should clarify that beforehand. All of my experiences with this bank and its other locations have been very positive. They provide great customer service, especially their bank tellers. They give me plenty of respect and have always answered any of my questions. If they ever have concerns about your account, they are very quick to update you.
