Complaining about people pulling into your strip mall parking lot is wild. The disrespectful looks and tone that I was given this morning was like I've been warned 100 times. Completely unnecessary and disrespectful. Don't even take into consideration I'm a member of your bank. I left with such a gross feeling after that interaction. Great way to do business
After a bad experience at my long-time bank (Bank of America in Granite Bay), I moved all my banking to El Dorado Savings. The people here have always been very friendly, helpful, and welcoming.
