Wonderful people that are always there to help. Wonderful bank.
I spoke to Keith over the phone. He was supposed to call me back with an estate check issue. He never called me back and when I called back he was very rude. Prior to that everyone had been really nice. Karen previously told me that if I needed any assistance from the previous account they would help me with it, but that wasn’t the case.
I just closedall my accounts because of Karen. Her name actually is Karen. I have been a customer for 24 years. She came from behind the counter to scream, "You can't do that!" As I was trying to open another account for my child. Her ignorance about tax law, and lack of products to offer notwithstanding, she wasn't even my teller to start with. Horrible customer service from Karen. I watched her struggle with another customer and then assist with my transaction calling it "a recurring monthly problem." What type of employee in a savings bank would call decades of monthly deposits a problem? I guess the outdated technology that Karen's accustomed to is the customers problem.
