They are consistent in service but are not friendly and not responsive. There is Noone to contact if you have issues. It seems the owner is the secretary, business manager, worker and staff. They seem stretched thin and do not keep staff so your pool may not get cleaned when scheduled.

We could not be more satisfied with the entire process of building our pool with Rene and his team. We finished ahead of schedule and on budget. The results are simply beyond our wildest expectations.
If the review was based off the communication from our pool guy it would probably be four of five stars. Unfortunately, the following several months there was a major communication challenge with Joe the owner. Long delays between communications is the basis for such a low rating.
