It appears abysmal at first glance. Which I believe the City is partially responsible for by allowing TONS of RVs' and homeless entities to park long term outside along the property. This has enabled them to predictably leave trash everywhere and abandon old vehicles and property. But worse emptying their RV toilets in the street. Aesthetically it appears abysmal. Full blame to the owner of the park. But what really makes the mobile home park what it is, well that the residents. Everyone I've met is so friendly. Some of the residents aren't as bothered by how the park looks. I can only make my space look presentable which is hard due to how many people lived in my house when it was (ugh!🤮) a rental...
