Good place to buy mfg home and property. Mostly gay residents. Active HOA. Plenty of empty lots that will, hopefully, be available sometime soon so you can build a new custom home.
Went to look at houses for sale in this park; I was stuck by the amount of empty condo spaces that were a result of them switching from a trailer park to condos. I am assuming the price to build on an empty lot is price prohibitive. It looks well cared for overall but not my gig with all the empty lots.
