Dr. Straw is a force of personality and self-confidence who works at a harried pace. Billing is malicious. We were charged for scans that never happened and a graft that his office said (falsely) was pre-approved by insurance. This left us paying an additional $400 out-of-pocket. Look around for other options, folks.
I've never had a surgeon take the time to explain the procedure and all the specifics. Quality staff and I'd recommend Dr. Straw to anyone I cared about.
