I have been living here for nearly a year and I want to start by complimenting the maintenance staff. Unlike the last place I lived at, the maintenance staff here is very responsive and highly skilled. They get issues fixed quickly. I have family there, they hired a low level towing company that towed my kiddos car with just one wheel on the street. No notice, no communication of new rules or requirements just a sign on the office door "we cant help you with towed cars". Cars gone..... he called the police thinking it was stolen. Now they are putting large stickers on several cars saying their inoperable and will be towed . They drive every car they have everyday...??.
