Mrs. Jones Greedy owner, Newport Pacific, turned a quiet senior mobile home park into a family park to take advantage of the real estate boondoggle during the 80's and 90's. Now they can raise the rental rates 4% exponentially every year, even if the senior citizens still living there are on fixed social security checks.
AVOID THIS LIKE THE PLAGUE! I've lived in 4 mobile parks throughout the bay area during the past 15 years. This is by far the worst. There are cliques that are "with" the managers and those that aren't. Some people have been given dispensation to have a short driveway to allow a larger "backyard" space but take visitor parking with their big truck since it no longer fits in the driveway. El Dorado el dorado mobile park is not a nice place to live. WHY cars are parked all over in the streets. people do not clean up there spaces.There is nonsocial club because the managers don't want one. We do not have christmas partyys or any other kind of party's. We have rules but nthe managers do not inforce them so what happens everyone does what they want. That includes parking in the streets. None of the other parks in Sunnyvale are like this. Our managers should take a tour of the other parks. Don't buy a home here if... read more
5 Nice and quit but the manager don't want to disturb response on their duty and they don't explain what are you can do and don't. To build the better community is communication and respect what ever the riligion, color etc.
