Bought in 2020. Staff friendly and very helpful but having to replace entire roof due to the manufacturing company. Insurance will not cover it. Besides that only issue.
Beautiful mobile homes very expensive
Shelley sold us our trailer and was absolutely amazing! She made the process incredibly easy and quick despite any issues with the mortgage company. We will be back for sure! It was a very warm and welcoming atmosphere, and they answered any questions we had. Mike was amazing as well, he explained the contract, insurance, and delivery process and made sure we were well informed.
