Nice trailer park, nice gravel road, the people are friendly !
Just out of town, south of refinery. Many campers there and still some old, rundown trailer houses. Fairly nice driveway but nothing else attractive about it, to me. I was told the owner is trying to fix things up. Hopefully its quiet. Other than that its unremarkable.
New owners are great and the place is clean!! Good rates and I like my neighbors, I had one invite me over for beers yesterday. Most everyone is there for work and it’s a good bunch of people. It’s now fiesta park!! There is a train but if you leave your fan on you can’t even notice it.
I love this park. It is just beautiful. We purchased it this year and have started the clean up process. It already looks 150% better. We are adding RV sites on the South end of the park. If you don't know the history of this area, it was once call "Fiesta Park". It was an amusement water park back in the 70's (I think). So, we cleaned it up and renamed this park to "FIESTA PARK ESTATES" in memory of the water park. Come and and see how beautiful it is out here in the country just 4 miles from town. This place isn't very well maintained but is now under new ownership, so we'll see
