I am extremely disappointed with the service at El Dorado Mazda. 40k mile service yet they failed to reset the service due notification, didn’t address the passenger airbag warning symbol in last service , and worst of all, my engine safety cover fell off while driving—an unacceptable oversight from a certified dealer. The wait was over four hours for a routine oil change, consultation, and battery replacement.
Scheduled an appointment with Alex H. to have my car repaired, she was very professional and polite, got me in a loaner no problem and sent me updates on my vehicle status frequently. Very good advisor and technician, got my car back in a few days.
Straight forward answers were given regarding to parts and whether I should come in without me needing to come in. Affirms they want to do right by their customers
