Just moved in a month ago, Monica went above and beyond her role to help me and my wife get our home here financed and she had updates to us before the bank reached out and kept all our documents and information squared away. She made the whole process so much less stressful and is always happy to answer a call or message when we do have questions. We have found peace and quiet in our new community and love it here.
Good people but the management is terrible. Terrible roads that have never been fixed for years nows and unreliable trash service that barely do their job, leave trash all over the roads and peoples yards. Very quick to try to tow your vehicle and hit you with “fees” for uncut grass and trashed front lawn.

Hace más de un año que las calles están en pésimas condiciones, es casi imposible pasar por ahi, varias personas han ido a la oficina o hecho un reporte y simplemente no hacen nada... la temporada de lluvias ya está aquí y el problema es cada vez mayor, y de los arboles que necesitan ser podados mejor ni hablamos, hay varios residentes en riesgo de que un árbol caiga sobre sus casas, porque estan demasiado inclinados, yo creo que lo importante es evitar un accidente como los que se han presentado últimamente con varios resid... read more
