I have been here also 29 yrs. Managers has come and gone but Monica is a people person. She understands and cares about the people who live here, even tho some have negative words about her. If people follow the rules and respect their neighbors and talk with Monica this would be a great place to live.
Just moved in a month ago, Monica went above and beyond her role to help me and my wife get our home here financed and she had updates to us before the bank reached out and kept all our documents and information squared away. She made the whole process so much less stressful and is always happy to answer a call or message when we do have questions. We have found peace and quiet in our new community and love it here.
Good people but the management is terrible. Terrible roads that have never been fixed for years nows and unreliable trash service that barely do their job, leave trash all over the roads and peoples yards. Very quick to try to tow your vehicle and hit you with “fees” for uncut grass and trashed front lawn.
