I had ordered a custom wedding band for my fiancé and when it came in (due to no fault of the company, we had gotten his finger sized somewhere else and they were inaccurate, it was half a size too big, and because of the material it's made out of, no one would touch it, saying it was going to ruin the band if they resized it. I was referred to him by another local pawn shop who i inquired about getting some custom gold work done. I think he will forever remember our first encounter lol. Long story short, the original quote turned out to be alot more work and materials needed, however he was good to his word and honoured his mistake on the quote and made it right.
