Upon arrival I was greeted with a “what wash do you want?” Thought to myself, maybe the service is better than the customer service. I was wrong. Please see the attached photos as most of the vehicle was untouched on the inside and I paid for the third tier of service. So, at the very least, the car should be vacuumed and windshields should be cleaned. Also nope. I won’t be returning here to say the least. Save your money and time and go elsewhere.
RIPOFF ALERT - I went to this place to get my car wash. The guy at the entrance told me about their car wash packages. I picked one, then he seemed miffed that I did not buy the upsell wax (I did not have time), and he tried to charge me $10 because my "car was dirty". I was shocked. That is exactly why I wanted a car wash! I would go someplace else. This place is a ripoff.
