Stopped by the showroom to see if El Dorado Flooring did any small projects as we had two tile jobs we hoped to complete. Sid gave us a fair and reasonable estimate. The tile installers arrived promptly on the scheduled day. Floors and carpeted areas were protected with drop cloths and heavy duty flooring paper. From choosing the type of flooring to the installation process, working with El Dorado Flooring was a pleasure. The customer service was exceptional as Sid and Tommy both offered helpful solutions and products. I would highly recommend them for any flooring need.
I had carpet on my stairs, but only my stairs. I wanted to remove the carpet and install hardwood. They helped me match to the hardwood we have and did a great job with the installation. My stairs look fantastic and I couldn’t be happier.
We chose El Dorado because we wanted to support a local business...Wow! Sid was a pleasure to work with and Gregorio did an EXCELLENT job installing a stair case that leads to a small bonus room. We chose Jackson Vinyl plank (Antique Heart Pine) for a rustic look. The team finished the install in one day (all neat and clean)! I think it took a week for the whole process to be completed. Would highly recommend!
We just moved out to Willow Park and were looking at some local flooring contractors. We walked into El Dorado and was met with a great staff. Tommy came out within an hour of us walking in and did a free estimate. Exceptional customer service and awesome work by their team. I am very happy with the finished product!!
