I believe they hire from the federal prison system as not one soul their is knowledgeable or honorable in their actions and intentions. They also don't accept payments online or over the phone and tell you it's on you to make it in time although you offering to pay them right that second over the phone.
Worst customer service I have experienced in the medical profession.
Extremely unprofessional. They will try to have you pay even after they have billed your insurance. They will also tell you false information regarding the laws protecting you. This is a shady business at best. Not to mention the customer service representatives have exactly zero concern for empathy or morals. They will insult you and make you feel terrible. This business is in need of some serious customer service training.
