I don't get how this office is still open. The waiting room is always empty. However, when you call to make an appointment, it's a month or longer. Or you have to call in the morning starting at 7:45 (the office doesn't even open until 8) for a same day appointment. Call Shingle Springs Tribal Health. They'll get you in the same day or the next and you don't have to call at 7:45 before they're even open.
This review is for Dr Velasquez only, not the entire clinic in Cam Park. I saw her numerous times and while sometimes she was ok I had several encounters in which she was extremely negative and left me so upset about an upcoming surgery that I simply could not bear to see her even one more time. I changed doctors for the sake of my mental health. The surgery turned out fine with none of her gloomy predictions coming to pass.
