Had a reservation for Saturday morning to change oil & filter and rotate tires. After waiting 2 hours and nothing had been done, I took the car. Then went to Kwik Kar of McKinney and had oil & filter changed in 20 minutes.
They told us it would be 175$ for diagnosis and then after having my car a week and not being able to figure out what's wrong they asked us to pay 700 more to continue trying to diagnosis the car. It was also never mentioned before hand that it would cost more if they couldn't diagnosis it in a certain amount of time. Oh and they are also terrible at communicating.
I've gone to several Chevrolet dealers and service departments before and the El Dorado Chevrolet service department has the best service I've ever experienced!
