its a terrible experience. This dealership did nothing on my car for 4 weeks and I have to call the GM headquarters and raised a case number, the very next day (after 4+ weeks), they looked into my car to give me an estimate to break my bank. Try to stay away from this dealership. If you have things in your car, you might very well loose them or it might get stolen(my wife's Rayban went missing). Try a better dealership, these guys wont help you or anyone. They deserve no star.
Service team was awesome about getting me in. It did take awhile but thats to be expected on a Saturday when everyone else is off work. They have a shuttle system which is great. I ended up staying and walked around the lot with my children. Our sales person Corbin remembered us after a year and that was very nice. Everyone was so friendly and kind. I would come here again for another purchase and service.
