We have used El Dorado (Teddy) for numerous family members’ shoes (women & men) and been very pleased. He does great work - repairs, cleaning, etc.- and is friendly
Owner was incredibly rude and condescending while smacking gum in my face. It was one of the worst customer service experience I have ever had.
I have a favorite pair of Birks that I wear all the time and had almost worn a hole thru. I found El Dorado online, called and then dropped them off the next day. They were done quickly and they look new! So excited! Friendly and helpful, will be returning and recommending!
