Great service! Made the experience easy.
The front desk staff (Christina) and Hearing Specialist (David) were friendly and polite. The parking space could be greatly improved. I felt that the overall emphasis was sales. I got the feeling that the primary directive on their end was to get me to purchase hearing aids. It seemed that their motivating goal was to complete a sale. I ended up going to Sonoran Ear Nose Throat & Audiology for a second opinion and ended up having a great experience. I highly recommend Sonoran ENT over El Dorado Hearing.
I was visiting Tucson from Montana and needed service on my Phonak devices. Kasandra was so very helpful and accommodating. She provided a 10 minute cleaning while I waited with no appointment and my hearing was restored. I had contacted an office of El Dorado Hearing in Las Vegas, spoke with the owner of the company about servicing my devices, and could not make it to his office before closing on a Friday afternoon.
