They closed their business but let people make appointments and charge them on their Booksy app. Edit/ this "ex business owner" I did call you and I said you should close down allowing the appointments being made for your business. As I said had I showed up and your business closed I would be charged and your app said I'd be charged to cancel.i also told you what people said about your salon , unlicensed barbers and cutting hair at home isn't as sanitary as a shop.
