Amazing place to stay at! I love everything about it! the landlord is a great person and I have so much respect for the landlord. We called and the same day we moved in and it has been the best. No bed bugs at all and no complaints at all. A great place to live for sure and worth it. Definitely staying for as long as i can. It has been the best place i have stayed for sure!!
UPDATE: When I lived here from 2017-2021, my review was what I said below. I moved back here a year ago, in July 2024, and my review is still the same! Ari works hard to maintain and keep up the property the best she can. During the time I was not living here, Ari’s husband passed away and left her with managing the property solo. Landlord doesn't keep up with anything, there is no preventative maintenance for anything. For example appliances will only break down if you neglect to maintenances them. The floor shouldn't be coming up from under my feet when I enter my home, maintenance is a joke around here
Me and my fiance called this apartment complex and the owner had told us there will be an apartment avail the next following week. She said we can have an appointment for the Wednesday to show the apartment. As they was cleaning the Apartment which was on a following Tuesday to show us for Wednesday they end up giving it away! someone else saw the apartment and they let them have it knowing we needed a place and we had an appointment with them.
