Mariana and Nancy were both great therapists. I had to end my services because the director and office manager are rude and the office really only cares about money. I called to let them know I would be about 10 minutes late and they said that should be fine but if I was over 15 minutes late I would have to pay $100. I asked if they could waive it since it was my first time in about 3 years and they said no because those are rules.
