Well where to start? The price is good for the amount of square footage you get, but it is not kept up well. Im in a studio apartment on the third floor where I share a ventilation system with my neighbor. These are supposed to be non smoking, but my neighbor smokes inside his apartment. It comes through the vents and it is gross. My clothes smell,my furniture smells and people come up to me and ask if I smoke.
