Very disappointed with this place. I bought my kids dance shoes here for the last couple of years and the quality was good. I got a new pair of dance shoes for my daughter last week and the heel broke. I asked if I can return them and they said no. The shoes are practically new. They lost a loyal customer I will not be buying shoes at this store anymore and I will also tell the dance group not to buy here.
The staff is great and the hard working boy Javier is amazing at giving advice!
I'm always skeptical about prices and authenticity about cowboy hats. So, I'm just posting this to share what I paid and how I feel about the product. I paid for two Nicol Hats International hats, each at $99.99. I was told that this was the least expensive of the hats that they offer and that other brands went for as much as $200.
