Terrible products and customer service. They don’t even have a device to measure your foot size. Need to speak Spanish to get help with your purchase. Waste of time.
I tried to go get boots from here. I found a pair I liked and even though the prices were a bit steep, I asked if they had a pair in my size... The lady running the store said they had them in my size. When I asked if I could try them on, she said "No". Needless to say, I left without purchasing the boots. Not sure why I couldn't try them on to make sure they fit before dropping almost $200 on them.
