Actually, I would give this vet a negative rating, or ZERO at best. If you value your pet's life, particularly if your pet is exhibiting signs of illness, do NOT take your pet to the El Cid Animal Clinic. I am assuming that Dr. Garcia saw the elevated white blood cell count in my kitty's blood sample (I have hard copy of the report). An H in the white blood cell count is an early sign of feline lymphoma. Dr. Garcia, et. al., decided that my kitty might have the beginning of a UTI.
