Called in out of courtesy, for an oil change. The guy seemed in a bad mood, was kinda rude and said bring the oil and filter, which I did. I drove in 20 mins just for him to close his bay door when he saw me pull up. They didn't close for another 3 hours. I guess they just close whenever. I always read any bad reviews with a little skepticism and I rarely write one but in this case I am compelled to do so. I took my wife's car in because I noticed the cooling fan was not working and the car was over heating. I tried to check the coolant level and not being familiar with the vehicle, I thought the coolant level was correct so I figured that it had to be a problem with the coolant temperature sensor or the fan clutch.
